Real estate is about houses, but the reason behind the move is almost always bigger than the house.
It's a first home. A growing family that needs another bedroom. A job opportunity in a new city. An investment that changes someone's financial future. A family selling the place where they made years of memories. An agent building a career that gives their family opportunities they didn't have before.
That's what we mean when we say Real Estate That Changes Lives.
And it's the idea Harrison Lilly Realty has been built around from the beginning.
Harrison Lilly began his real estate career in Northeast Louisiana in 2016. He built and ran a real estate team with Keller Williams and later became a Keller Williams franchisee.
In 2021, Harrison left Keller Williams and started THLT Realty as an independent real estate brokerage based in Monroe, Louisiana.
THLT Realty was later rebranded as Harrison Lilly Realty.
Today, Harrison Lilly Realty is the company formerly known as THLT Realty.
Those years of building a team and operating a brokerage helped shape the systems, standards, and approach to serving clients and developing agents that continue to influence Harrison Lilly Realty today.
The company continued growing throughout Northeast Louisiana, helping people buy, sell, and invest in real estate across Monroe, West Monroe, Sterlington, Calhoun, Ruston, and surrounding communities.
But the vision was becoming bigger than one market.
The move from THLT Realty to Harrison Lilly Realty wasn't the creation of a different company. It represented the next chapter of the same organization, with the same leadership, foundation, relationships, and commitment to the people we serve.
The Harrison Lilly Realty name gave us one clear identity that could grow beyond our original market while staying connected to where the company began.
For clarity, Harrison Lilly Realty has never been affiliated with eXp Realty.
Today, our home market remains Northeast Louisiana, where Harrison Lilly Realty serves buyers, sellers, and investors throughout the region.
Our company has also expanded to serve Florida's Emerald Coast through Harrison Lilly Emerald Coast and the Dallas, Texas market through Harrison Lilly Dallas.
Different markets require different local expertise. That's why our agents are rooted in the communities they serve.
What doesn't change from market to market is the standard.
Professional marketing. Local market knowledge. Strong negotiation. Clear communication. Specialized support. And a team committed to helping people make confident real estate decisions.

of approximately 2,000 Northeast Louisiana home sales in 2025
Since 2016, the Harrison Lilly Realty organization has helped clients close more than 3,500 homes.
In 2025 alone, more than 650 homes were sold across the Harrison Lilly Realty brand. In Northeast Louisiana, our team was involved in 623 of approximately 2,000 home sales in 2025, nearly one out of every three homes sold in the market.
Those numbers matter because experience matters when you're trusting someone with one of the biggest financial decisions you'll make.
But the numbers aren't the whole story. Behind every transaction is a person.
A set of keys handed to a first-time buyer. A seller finally getting to make the move they've been planning. An investor taking another step toward their financial goals. An agent reaching a production goal they once thought was out of reach.
Those are the stories we're actually building.
We've changed names. We've entered new markets. We've added agents, systems, technology, and resources that didn't exist when this started in 2016.
But the reason we're doing it hasn't changed. We believe real estate can create opportunities.
For our clients, that means having the information, representation, and support to make the right move for their lives.
For our agents, it means having the training, systems, and people around them to build a career worth having.
For our communities, it means having a real estate company that isn't simply interested in doing business there, but in being part of what makes those communities better.
That's the company we're continuing to build.
